At Electric Scooter US Store, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the scooter and all original accessories, including the charger and manual, into the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
